Hi there and welcome to Genuinely Bex! I’m a wife to my other half, and a mama to one wild little dude. I love long, romantic walks through Target, Audrey Hepburn movies, fresh flowers, and interior decorating. However, most of my life is spent wrangling my crazy child and this blog is dedicated to the authentic version of my life with the purpose of helping other mamas on this challenging journey. Another Baby Spencer is joining our family in mid July! We waited so long to announce because we’ve had lots of issues with this pregnancy. We still aren’t in the clear yet so please say some prayers that our rainbow baby 🌈 will be joining us happy and healthy later this summer! I’ll do a full blog post soon that explains everything and why I’ve been so quiet these past few months 🥺

It’s no secret that 2020 has been a hard year for our family. Losing a baby and having lingering complications has been heartbreaking for us. But our family also grew by four little paws this year, and we were able to purchase a new vehicle. COVID forced Jesse to work from home, not only making our family stronger, but giving me the opportunity to attend numerous doctor appointments and recover from surgery without worry over who would watch Briggs. To say we are blessed is an understatement. While we don’t know what the future holds, I’m so very grateful to have this family of mine by my side. Happiest holiday season from our family to yours. We wish for nothing but health and happiness for our friends and family. Head to my stories to see B melting down during photos. We are 0-2 on the family portraits this year 🙄
